Assalamualaikum..

doa harian, doa yang diperuntukan untuk kita baca semasa kita melakukan sesuatu seperti makan, pergi ke tandas,...

tapi bila difikirkan, berapa ramai yang mengunakan dan mempraktikkan doa-doa ini dalam kehidupan seharian...

opssss....

xyah toleh orang lain, cuba tanya sendiri,...

kenapa la kita lupa nak gunakan sedangkan perkara pertama yang kita diajar selain mengenal ABC adalah doa, sebelum tido, sebelum makan, zaman kanak-kanak kita penuh dengan ilmu yang disematkan oleh ibu bapa dalam jiwa kita semua....

mari, intan kongsi doa,.. mana tahu ada dari pembaca yang dah terlupa ke,..
hehehe...* ingatkan diri sendiri juga nie...

doa makan je pun,... thank u pada Mr.T yang tiap hari xpernah lupa nak ingatkan intan.. :)

remind your self to have 8glass of water per day...

then the good one is when u're take water in the morning.
this are several advantages of drinking water in the morning.
